KIDS KARATE CLUB |

 For
Children 5-11 years old this Tuesday the 2nd of May at 7 pm in St
Andrews School.
Fees are £ 3/child (for more than 2 only £2.5/child), the payment
should be made per month. Once the month is paid, students can attend either
the
Tuesday class or the Thursday class or even both without extra
payment!!
I will be getting some Karate suits too at a cheap price (only £10 for
children and 15 for adults!!), if you or any of your friends is interested,

of £14 for 4 sessions (£3.50 per session) All proceeds to cover rent of the

LADIES
EXERCISE & HEALTH SESSIONS |
 Cambridge
Pakistani Women's Exercise and Health Sessions sessions were started as a
direct result of a Health Survey conducted by the Cambridge Ethnic
Community Forum (CECF) to assess the needs of ethnic minorities in
Cambridge. The Ladies Exercise
& Health sessions are open to all women and not just those belonging
to ethnic minorities although the sessions are conducted with Islamic
guidelines.
Every Tuesday
morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm.

for swimming are strictly limited in number and priority goes to Youth Group
members and their fathers. The second choice will be offered to the fathers
of the children and the husbands of the staff who attend the Abu Bakr
Islamic School and their associates.

LADIES SWIMMING CLASSES |
Swimming
Sessions for Ladies and Girls. Details: One large pool is sectioned
off to allow for lane swimming, another section for children and another
section for everyone else.
Sessions will continue every Saturday insh'Allah. There will be a break for
the Easter Holiday. Please keep an eye on the Diary and
Events page for weekly information.
Saturdays 7.00pm-8.00pm
Swimmers must leave the premises by 8.00pm
The Leys school (off Trumpington Rd)
Cost: £2/£3 for the first person in the family, then £1 for every one else
in that family. Discounts for advance payment.
