surgery and recovering from minor injuries etc and they were all able to

there will be approximately ten different exercise stations. The format is
that we all rotate through each station so everyone gets to do each
exercise. It is all controlled by a qualified instructor who warms us up
properly and warms us down properly.

surgery and recovering from minor injuries etc and they were all able to
participate in a way that helped them.

RELAXING DAY BY THE SEA
A relaxing day by the sea
organised by the Ladies Health Group (Girton)
A coach trip to Southend on Sea is being
organised for ladies and children, Inshallah!
A coach will leave Trumpington Road Park &
Ride at approx 10am and arrive at Southend at 12pm where you will be able to
enjoy the wonderful beaches, cafes and restaurants of Southend, or why not
bring a picnic and eat by the sea?
For the children there is a large pleasure
park full of rides and amusements or if you prefer something quieter, why
not walk into the town for the shops and sightseeing?
The coach will leave Southend at approx 4pm to
arrive in Cambridge by 6pm
The cost will be £5 per adult and £2 per
child. Babies go free. Places are limited and will be available on a
first-come-first-served basis.

please make sure the children have warm, preferably waterproof coats and
