Directed by Majid Majidi, this moving Iranian film tells the story of a blind boy, Mohammad, whose inability to see the beauty of creation only enhances his ability to feel its powerful forces. He "reads" the flowers, creek beds and woodpecker songs as he tries to understand the world - and the God who made him this way.

Muslim Association of Britain and the Stop the War Coalition are organising a march for "Freedom for Palestine" and "End the Occupation in Iraq" on Saturday 27th September in London.  Start Time: 12:00 PM (Hyde Park) and Ending at 5:00 PM (Trafalgar Square).

A ride has been arranged on Sunday August 10th at 2pm for both beginners and riders, at Lovely View Riding Stables, Shaftenhoe End Road, Barley, Royston.

Transport is available from Mill Rd. Cost is £16 for the hour. Places are strictly limited and must be paid for at the time of booking which should be no later than Saturday 2nd by 11am for a guaranteed place.
